Rosalind qualified as a solicitor from the College of Law, London in 1999. She joined Heckford Norton in 2018, having previously practised residential and commercial property work in London, Bristol and Cambridge, and she continues to specialise in this work for the firm.
In her Residential Property work she conducts sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, including plot sale/purchase; transfers of part; overage and option agreements; re-mortgages; transfers of equity; general Land Registry applications; and can advise on the procedure for residential leasehold term extension.
In her Commercial Property work she conducts company purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold commercial, mixed use, rural and residential property; assignments of goodwill on the sale of a business; tenant applications for licences and lease term renewals under commercial leases; and she can advise on the Minimum Energy Efficiency regulations.
Rosalind enjoys the positive outcomes in property transaction work and focuses on meeting client objectives, with attention to the details of each individual transaction.
Rosalind is family orientated and she is kept busy supporting her children’s various activities including football, gymnastics and drama. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis for her village club, reading and attending local Arts & Literature exhibitions and festivals.
