Ayesha Rohale is a Solicitor at Heckford Norton, specialising in Residential Conveyancing.
Ayesha guides clients through all stages of the residential property process, including reviewing contracts, investigating title, liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors, responding to enquiries and progressing matters through to completion.
She understands that buying or selling a home is often connected to an important stage in a client’s life and aims to make each transaction as smooth, efficient and reassuring as possible.
Ayesha also has a particular interest in Civil Litigation and Housing Disrepair.

Biographical Notes
Ayesha completed her LLB in 2010, followed by her LLM in 2014 and Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2015. She completed the Professional Skills Course (PSC) in 2023 as part of her solicitor qualification.
Alongside her legal career, Ayesha serves as a District Councillor, representing the interests of her constituents and contributing to matters affecting her local community.
Outside of work, Ayesha enjoys glass painting, cooking and sports. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her two pets, Ozul and Shikari.
