Hardip has expertise in various conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, Help to Buy ISAs, new builds, probate sales, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
Hardip works with individuals, families and businesses, including property developers. She works for clients selling their properties as well as those buying. Conveyancing involves all the legal aspects of transferring the ownership of a property from a seller to a buyer. Usually, it takes at least eight weeks to complete and involves a number of crucial stages, which Hardip will explain to all clients.

Biographical Notes
I qualified as a solicitor in 2006, and am a graduate of Queen Mary University of London, where I completed my LLB Law degree. Thereafter I completed the LPC at the College of Law in London.
I have trained and worked in various London firms and I specialise in residential and commercial property law. I have been qualified for over 16 years and have vast array of experience in property law transactions.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis and nature walks. I’m involved in community events and enjoy spending time with my family.
