Biographical Notes
Kate has been a resident in the North West Essex area since the 1980s, building her excellent reputation among her clients.
Qualified since 1985, she originally practiced family law, switching to property law in 1988. She has dealt with all areas of property law to include freehold and leasehold, as well as transfers of businesses. We are proud of Kate Douch’s reputation, that she has built within the local community.
In her spare time, Kate is a keen motorhome enthusiast and rambler. She’s also learning Tai Chi. In addition, Kate takes the opportunity to learn the culture and language of Spain, whenever she can.
