Lyn specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Lyn has a wealth of experience handling a wide range of matters, including providing quotes for new instructions, reviewing documents, mortgage offers and search results, as well as preparing reports for clients, completion statements and drafting documentation. Lyn works closely with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents to help keep transactions running smoothly.
She has a particular interest in new build properties, having previously worked for Taylor Wimpey earlier in her career.
In her spare time, Lyn enjoys walking her dogs, singing in a rock choir and giving blood whenever she can!
